The Chrysalids is one of my favourite books
I'm a big Wyndham fan, I first read this as a teenager.
The book choice in our house growing up was romance or sci-fi.
I went with sci-fi.
Interesting to read about a post apocalyptic crazy nature mutation world,
whilst simultaneously reading Moss and Mabey's stories of natural England!
