JT cycled up to the studio by accident
today which was a lovely surprise.
I spent the day finishing off pieces
I'd started last week, doing a stock check
and working out which unloved pieces
I could breath new life into and use to
experiment with.
I took some close-ups of one piece as
I was painting her - she had such a
nice quality to her surface.
Seeing the first layer of slip
over my roughly drawn lines
{when it goes on well} is always
a good part of the process.
JT is setting up blogs left right and centre
