have just heard I've been selected for Ceramic Art London 09 which is good news - the planning starts NOW!

Took this picture at the weekend - what beautiful crazy weather.  

I'm off to Origin again tomorrow to see Ekta and co.  I went last week to see the week one makers.  Love love loved the work of jeweller Tithi Kutchamuch

since my last post in no particular order

sitting in traffic, 13 long tailed tits, 1 green woodpecker, avoiding Cabot's Circus, watching tv under a blanket, meeting jimmy and jocie, more tv under a blanket, lifting books, wrapping up heads for the AAF, haggis, and seeing the fantastic WAVES

all about birds with a bit of art thrown in

We spent yesterday evening in a small space with several damp people and a dog that matched the colour of the floor listening to a talk by Stephen Moss  about his new book 'a sky full of starlings'.  Brilliant! The perfect antidote to a crappy wet evening and the doom and gloom of the current credit crunchie nuts.
